Account Setup and Email details:

We setup clients domain hosting account after receiving full payment and check the payment balance before the account activation. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date. We send all hosting cPanel login details to your providing email address. If you provide any false contact information it may result in the termination of your account.

Payments and Renew:

When you order to our domain and hosing, you are buying a pre-paid service. All payments will be paid advance using Paypal, Payoneer, bKash, Rocket and Bank Transfer. Renewal notices will sent some times via email from 1 to 15 days before the renewal date. If you are unable to renew the service to last renew date, your hosting and domain will be suspended and we are not responsible for any data loss. Clients are encouraged to pay by bKash as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time in Bangladesh.


Our technical team is always ready to help you to transfer your site to us from another hosting. We always try to do the best transfer of your all data from old host to our host. In fact, Hosting transfer is not our duty, it is just bonus service.

Content Not Allowed:

  • Hacking related content
  • Sexual content/ adult content.
  • IRC Scripts/Bots
  • Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • Pirated Software/Warez
  • Hacker sites/archives/programs
  • Such a Scripts that run corn job less than 30 minutes interval
  • E-mail Marketing Scripts

Backups and Data Loss:

If you use any service of YolaHost is at your own risk. YolaHost is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You are agree to take full responsibility for your files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason.

Violation of Government Rules:

YolaHost is not responsible, if a domain owner breaks any legal rules of local government. We declared us free from any illegal activates. If you want to use YolaHost’s service, you must obey local government law and rules.


Breaking of any legal rules, YolaHost reserve the right to cancel, suspend and restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.

Refund / Money Back policy:

If you are unhappy with the services you receive from YolaHost during the first 7 days of service received (Only Hosting), you may request a full refund. You must describe a detailed reason as to why you are canceling. If we are unable to solve the problem within short time, we will full refund you within 5 to 7 business day. But if you bought domain name will not be refundable.

Please note, refund will not applicable if you buy a package with any offer we provide.

If clients violate the terms and conditions and suspended in that case refund will not be offered.

Non-refundable Services

All other Services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • G Suite upgrades and downgrades;
  • Website Design / Development;
  • Domain name Registrations;
  • Transfers or renewals of domain name registrations;
  • Fees for recovery or reactivation of domain names;
  • Dedicated IP Addresses;
  • Any Services purchased or acquired at a reduced fee or on promotion; or
  • Any fees paid by you to YolaHost for providing non-service related support.

If clients violate the terms and conditions and suspended in that case refund will not be offered.


The above terms and conditions are only applied to make secure and comfortable our clients. Any terms and condition can be change depend on salutation or person to person. Please note, YolaHost do respect the ownership of your website and products.
